Based on the agreed scope of work, we prepare a detailed, fixed-price quote outlining construction costs, timelines, and included work. This provides transparency upfront and allows you to move forward with confidence.
Pre-Construction Preparation
Before construction begins, permits are coordinated where required, materials are ordered, and the project schedule is finalized. You receive a clear timeline and a single point of contact responsible for overseeing the build.
Construction & Ongoing Updates
Our team executes the work with careful sequencing and coordination of all trades. Throughout construction, we provide regular progress updates and maintain a clean, organized job site to minimize disruption.
Final Walkthrough & Completion
We execute the plan, send regular portal updates, and finish with a joint walk-through and five-year workmanship warranty.
