Our Story
Samuel and Jozef were born in Albania, inspired by stories of their father, a master builder with forty years of experience who has constructed thousands of homes and shown how careful craftsmanship can shape entire communities. After the family settled in Canada, the brothers spent every summer beside him and local framing crews, absorbing an ethic of precision and pride that still guides them today. By 2017 they were steering projects through a small renovation company led by the elder brother, completing kitchens, basements, and full house transformations across the Greater Toronto Area while finishing university.
Word of mouth fueled steady growth, and hundreds of finished rooms later the brothers decided it was time for a brand that reflected their shared vision. In early 2025 they launched PlusOne Build, combining a decade of on site know-how with cloud based project management and a hand picked crew of trusted trades. The result is a firm that treats every square foot as if it were their own, balancing old world craftsmanship with modern transparency so clients can watch their ideas become exceptional spaces in real time.
